Q3 Meeting – in the Spirit of Connectedness

In the spirit of connectedness...

After our summer retreat was already themed around “connectedness,” we wanted to consciously focus on our collaboration in our Q3 meeting and strengthen our sense of team spirit.

Once again, our topics were diverse and exciting:
🔹 Fun together: To kick things off, we sent one “model” per small group down the catwalk on the theme of connectedness (the great photos speak for themselves!).
🔹 Team updates & collaboration: What is currently happening in the other teams and how can we improve our collaboration even further?
🔹 Strategic orientation: Looking ahead, staying on course together.
🔹 Celebrating successes: In line with the PERMA model, we took the time to celebrate our successes with the question “What am I particularly proud of right now?”

And the best part: not only making our own successes visible, but also hearing about those of others, celebrating and appreciating each other. This way, many small successes become one big shared success!

A big thank you to our wonderful team – the connectedness was definitely noticeable!
