Expert Exchange – Leadership in Times of Change

Leadership in Times of Change. What does that mean, exactly?

That’s what we discussed this week: in our expert exchange “LEADERSHIP IN TIMES OF CHANGE – Between People & Technology.”

In a small, curated group, the focus wasn’t on theory, but on everyday business life:

· How do we design development so that it really makes a difference?
· How do we strengthen employee retention in times when a shortage of skilled workers is challenging many organizations?
· And what role does AI play when we talk about the future of leadership and collaboration?

The open exchange was particularly valuable to us: different perspectives, honest experiences, and a shared view of how leadership can provide direction, especially when so much is changing at once.

Because one thing became clear once again: Technology can accelerate many things. But growth, trust, and commitment arise where people connect with one another.

Thank you to all participants for the inspiring insights, the depth of the discussions, and the willingness to learn from one another.

What questions are currently on your mind regarding leadership in times of change?
