A Look Behind the Curtain: Q4 Meeting at hrdiamonds

At our Q4 meeting last week, we started things off a little differently this time: with a wimmelbild.
As a mood check-in, each team member was allowed to choose a scene that embodied them that morning: a princess on a dragon, a rock band on a rooftop, a person in a manhole... perfect metaphors for how diverse our team can be at times.

Then we moved on to the "big picture":
Our various teams shared what's going on behind the scenes and what's in store for us in the coming weeks. In addition, there was a reminder and a first glimpse of our hrdiamonds Christmas Vernissage, which is already taking place this Thursday!

A central part was our review of the year's diverse initiatives within the company:
Sustainability. AI. Mental and physical health.
Topics that move us not only professionally, but also personally.
We discussed, celebrated, refined, and made plans for 2026.

And as always, we also celebrated the people who have completed another year of their lives: our Q4 birthday boys and girls.
A meeting full of energy, connectedness, and a spirit of optimism.

P.S.: Take a look at the great agenda designed by our artist Valea Lagger!
