Q1-Meeting at hrdiamonds

This week, our team held its first quarterly meeting of 2026! It was a lively exchange of ideas, reflection, and a clear look ahead.

One nice detail: our digital flipchart was put to good use. This is an initiative from our GreenTaskforce, which aims to conserve resources and save paper within our organization.

The GreenTaskforce also had a short spot in the meeting on a topic that affects us all in our everyday lives: waste separation. In a small team game, “pieces of trash” (only digital, though) had to be assigned to the correct bin. It's not always as clear-cut as you might think.

We also discussed our professional development as a team, and got a first glimpse of the planned LearningNuggets 2026. This is our internal format in which we learn from each other, share knowledge, and develop expertise as a team.

And as with every quarterly meeting, we also addressed current topics, projects, and priorities strategically: Where do we stand? What lies ahead? And where do we want to consciously set priorities?

Finally, we celebrated the birthday girls and boys of the quarter with flowers, personal greeting cards, and delicious chocolate cake .

A good mix of strategy, sustainability, learning, and team culture!
