Team Meeting at hrdiamonds

We’ve come together as a team once again – for our third quarterly meeting and a collective start to autumn together.

After the summer, we sometimes just need this moment together: to settle in, take a deep breath and refocus. That’s exactly what our Q3 meeting achieved. This time, it was facilitated by our two Lenas: Lena Wallner & Lena Strohmayer.

Just like in our workshops with clients, our internal meetings also employ a variety of methods. From presentations and discussions to 1:1 exchanges and creative exercises. You can see one of these in the photos: everyone got to choose an image that symbolises strength and energy for the coming months. A simple format, yet one that never fails to make an impact.

For us, a quarterly meeting is never just about exchanging information. It also provides space for things that can sometimes be neglected in day-to-day work life:
– Celebrating people's birthdays
– Welcoming new colleagues
– Giving a proper send-off to colleagues who are leaving us
– And rounding off the morning together over lunch

It is these moments of togetherness that keep a team united in the long term. How do you ensure in your teams that such moments aren’t neglected?
