hrdiamonds Summer Retreat 2026

Last week, we took time as a team to do exactly what we usually do with our clients: consciously engage in a process, look back, think ahead, and develop new ideas together.

The focus of our summer retreat was on strategic and content work: We took a close look at our services, deliberately reviewed and refined them, and combined our existing strengths with new directions.

We also worked on new offers for our clients, with a special focus on supporting digital transformation and expanding our diagnostics services. We emerged from the retreat with clear next steps and plenty of motivation, and we’re excited to see what else will come of this.

What helped us along the way? The same methods we use in our workshops with clients: energizers, retrospectives, content-driven impulse-sessions, group work, and discussion. Practical and dynamic.

A special highlight: The two days were facilitated internally by Lilian Leitner, Claudine Ulreich, and Anna Obkircher. And they did a truly great job. Thank you three for your clear and warm guidance throughout these two days!

And of course, the informal part was a must too: On the evening of the first day, we wrapped up the day together with good food and a cozy atmosphere. A lovely moment that brought us a little closer together as a team.
