Gingerbread in February? Why Not?

Our original plan was to build gingerbread houses together in December as the first team-building for Lilian Leitner's new team.

Since 2026, Lilian has not only been Head of BD, but now also leads our Support Team. Two areas, many interfaces, and even more potential for synergies.

Due to illness, we had to postpone our December team-building event. So we simply made up for it, and classic Christmas houses became cheerful carnival houses.

What at first glance looked like icing and Smarties had a clear idea behind it. Bringing together teamsthat are closely interlinked in everyday life. Strengthening mutual understanding. Sharing perspectives. Laughing together.

Especially when areas of responsibility grow, it is important to create spaces outside of daily business. Spaces where the focus lies on people, not processes.

For Lilian, it was a conscious decision to bring BD and Support closer together, not only organizationally but also culturally.

Because we don't see team building as a mandatory event, but as an investment in cohesion, trust, and genuine team spirit.
