Garden of Connectedness … Huh?

What does a huge, colorful poster full of flowers, butterflies, and beetles have to do with a consulting firm?
At first glance, perhaps not much – but there is a deeper meaning behind it.

"Connectedness" ist das Thema, das uns dieses Jahr besonders begleitet. Von unserer Sommerklausur bis zum letzten Quartalsmeeting. Wir haben uns gefragt:

  • What does connectedness mean to us?
  • And how can we promote it even more consciously within the team?

The creative answer to this question: our “Garden of Connectedness.”.
An idea from Martin Petter and Selina Roth, lovingly implemented by our “artists” Pia Stief and Yelyzaveta Velychko.

The large poster now hangs in our office and continues to grow with every contribution from our team.
In various places, there are tasks that create small moments of connection, from important feedback to a joint lunch break.
Anyone who completes a task can stick on a colorful sticker—this is how we are gradually bringing our garden to bloom.

With this playful activity, we want to strengthen our team culture and at the same time make our everyday office life a little more colorful.
