Last week, our managing director Doris Weyer had the privilege of serving as the keynote speaker at the graduation ceremony for the Master's program in Human Resources & Organization at FH Wien der WKW. Speaking to the graduates and their loved ones, Doris talked about finding meaning in one's career, having the courage to break new ground, and the importance of human connection in organizations—topics that have always guided us at hrdiamonds.

For the graduates, this day marks an important milestone and, at the same time, the beginning of a new chapter in their careers. We congratulate them all and wish them every success, joy, and inspiration on their future paths!
