Practice Meets Publication – hrdiamonds in the Research Sector?!

Over a period of 18 months, we had the privilege of accompanying the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt (Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt) in an exciting process: Together with 20 committed employees from various organizational units, we developed a new, participatory career model in ten workshops. The goal: to make diverse, individual career paths visible and to sustainably strengthen the university's attractiveness as an employer.

Our role in this? As a consulting firm, we guided the project groups through the process — from structuring the workshops and providing methodological support to ensuring that different perspectives were heard and integrated.

We are all the more pleased and honored that this process has now also been scientifically documented: The University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt has published an article describing the development of the career model and mentioning hrdiamonds by name as a cooperation partner! It's great when practical work is also scientifically documented and resonates with others...

A big thank you to the University of Applied Sciences for their trust and close cooperation. We are excited to see how the model will continue to develop in practice!
