Understanding Personality – Scientifically Sound & Relevant to Everyday Life

What makes personality truly tangible?
A clear theoretical basis. And that's exactly what the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP) provides.

At its core, the LPP is consistently based on the internationally recognized Big Five model from personality psychology.
The model describes personality along five central, empirically proven dimensions.

The LPP goes one step further:
It combines the Big Five character traits with motives and competencies – and thus reveals

  • how people typically think and act,
  • what drives them internally,
  • and what makes them effective.

We find the following particularly valuable:
The Big Five-based foundation ensures reliability, validity, and comparability (scale reliability 0.80).
At the same time, the results are presented in an understandable way, formulated in a practical manner, and visually designed to encourage genuine self-reflection – no abstract theory reports.

At hrdiamonds, we use the LPP in a targeted manner (e.g., in assessments, coaching processes, and development programs).
We are supported by a growing team of psychologists who translate these well-founded Big Five-based profiles into processes in a professional, empathetic, and development-oriented manner.

Science provides orientation.
Development arises through dialogue.
