Mentoring for Migrants

20th edition of “Mentoring for Migrants” and right in the middle of it all: our two consultants Barbara Horak and Martin Petter.
The anniversary event of the WKO program once again demonstrated how much impact continuous commitment can have!

The “Mentoring for Migrants” program brings highly qualified migrants together with experienced mentors. Over several months, participants gain practical insights into the Austrian labor market, support with career orientation, and access to important networks. The personal exchange on an equal footing is particularly valuable. It strengthens opportunities, opens up perspectives, and promotes mutual learning.

It's wonderful that Barbara and Martin have been actively involved in shaping this program for several rounds, thereby making a lasting contribution to equal opportunities, integration, and knowledge exchange.
