Why is everyone suddenly painting at hrdiamonds? Have we turned into artists?
Don’t worry! Our focus remains on personnel and organizational development.
But: For us, professional development also means learning about and trying out new methods that we can then apply in our work with clients.
As part of our first LearningNugget of the year, we therefore had the opportunity to explore an exciting topic:
Art therapy methods for the seminar room
Why is this interesting?
Not everything we deal with can be put into words right away. Creative methods offer new approaches here: They help make thoughts visible, express feelings, and develop new perspectives. Especially in a professional context, this is a valuable impulse for individuals and teams.
In a workshop with Franziska Obkircher, we were able to experience firsthand just how effective these approaches can be. Creative methods often provide easier access to a wide variety of topics.
Whether for
- reflecting on change processes
- promoting self-awareness
- strengthening resources
- supporting team development
art therapy approaches can enrich seminars in a unique way.
In this manner, the seminar room becomes not only a place of learning, but also a space for personal development, creativity, and authentic experience.
