We are very happy to share our cooperation with Klaus Elle, our partner for Artistic Team Development! We were able to spend an inspiring day together, where Klaus accompanied us in poetically interpreting pictures we had created under the title "Who am I". The individual picture metaphors proved to be a real enrichment, as they teach rational control and make the core of every topic and problem clearly visible. Through metaphors we have the wonderful opportunity to recognise our subjective construction of reality and to creatively reshape it. This process is playfully easy and full of creative imagination with fascinating moments of surprise. In this process we discovered our hidden possibilities and the power of the creative field!

Furthermore, Klaus recorded his associations to our discussion on the topic "What moves the world and our clients" in the form of drawings and made them available to us. These creative representations allow us to connect even more deeply with the content discussed and open up new perspectives for our collaboration. We are excited about the enrichment that this artistic approach brings!

Of course, we reflected on all steps of the process in the end. In this way, we combined head, heart and hand in a balanced way.
