At hrdiamonds, we have been working with in-depth potential analyses for many years to identify individual strengths and support targeted development. Depending on the issue at hand, we use a variety of tools – from CAPTAIN and PERMA-Lead to EQ-i 2.0 and many more!

We are now delighted to announce an addition to our repertoire of methods:

Our colleague Anna Obkircher is now certified for the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP)!

The LPP is a scientifically based tool that holistically assesses personality – covering character traits, motives, and competencies – and provides in-depth, practical insights.

We are now using the LPP specifically to support our clients – whether in coaching, leadership development, or teamwork.
