Last week was a special moment for us: For the first time, we had the opportunity to organize a hrdiamonds customer event in Linz!
Although we’ve been working with customers in Upper Austria for many years, it was finally time to come together in person for a shared event. And what can we say: It felt just right.
Together with our cooperation partners Andrea Pfaffenbauer and Matthias Schloßgangl, Doris Weyer, Vincent Paulischin, Lena Strohmayer, and Lilian Leitner were in Linz to discuss with our guests what’s currently on everyone’s mind: artificial intelligence and the question of which future skills truly empower people, leadership, and HR during this transformation.
In conversation with Margit Klima-Bencic, we gained valuable and interesting insights into dealing with change, the role of HR and leadership, and the which competencies truly make organizations future-proof today.
Matthias brought an additional perspective to the evening with a creative intervention in the form of improvisational theater. In a lighthearted, surprising, and yet very apt way, it became clear just how much presence, intuition, and responsiveness are involved in successful collaboration.
Because as impressive as technological developments may be, intuition, relationship-building, empathy, navigating uncertainty, and genuine listening cannot simply be automated.
The World Economic Forum’s latest “Future of Jobs” report also shows that, especially in times of technological leaps and bounds, many personality-based skills remain relevant—perhaps not in spite of, but precisely because of, these changes.
At hrdiamonds, we always approach digital transformation with a focus on people. Because future-readiness emerges where technology is understood and humanity is consciously given space.
A heartfelt thank you to Margit, Andrea, and Matthias, as well as to all the guests who enriched this evening with their questions, perspectives, and openness. We’re already looking forward to many more gatherings in Upper Austria.
