Glasses On: Our Q1 Meeting was Anything but Ordinary

No, carnival hasn't broken out at hrdiamonds, even if you might think so looking at the photos. Rather, the funny glasses are proof that we used our quarterly team meeting to get into different perspectives!

In a world that is constantly changing, it is crucial to adopt new perspectives and look at different points of view. For this reason, we have decided to symbolically look through the eyes of others. Not only did we take on different roles within and outside of our team, but we also explored perspectives such as 'coolness', 'calm' and 'chaos'. This creative approach enabled each individual and the team as a whole to gain new insights while having fun together at the same time.

In addition, we worked intensively on a wide range of topics, received input from our colleagues and optimized our focus for the next quarter. We are ready to start into the next part of the year with fresh perspectives!
