Gender equality is becoming increasingly important in the labor market. There is no denying that a lot needs to be done here. This is precisely why the initiative of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs is so valuable! It makes Austrian companies' commitment to gender equality visible. At yesterday's event, the projects that do just that were honored by Secretary General Eva Landrichtinger. We are delighted to have been part of this evening and are proud that we at hrdiamonds are already implementing many measures. However, we were also inspired by the great projects and will continue to break new ground to draw attention to the imbalance in our society.
