Our first joint meeting this year wasn't just about numbers and strategy, but also deliberately created space to start the new year individually and collectively.
With two simple questions:
- What do I need in 2026 to make it a success?
- And what am I willing to give in return?
“It” was deliberately left open: a specific goal, a resolution, an event, or the year itself.
First, the questions were answered quietly on our own. Then, in small groups: listening to each other, sharing perspectives, inspiring each other.
For us, kick-off meetings like this are more than just a formal start to the year. They create space for reflection, connection, and shared focus, reminding us that good work always starts with people.
Now we have arrived well as a team in 2026. Ready for new projects, for working with existing and new clients, and for everything this year has to offer.
Perhaps you would like to ask yourself these two questions too—as a starting point for the new year.
