For us, learning isn\u2019t just part of client projects, but also part of our own day-to-day work.<\/p>\n
Last week, we held our third internal Learning Nugget of the year. This time, we focused on a topic that lies at the heart of what we do: diagnostic methods in HR and organisational development.<\/p>\n
The half-day session was prepared and led by Stine Jung, Lena Wallner and Lena Strohmayer. Within our hrdiamonds team, they bring a variety of psychological backgrounds \u2013 including occupational and organisational psychology \u2013 and combine these with their consultancy experience and expertise in diagnostic procedures.<\/p>\n
The workshop included:
\n\u2013 in-depth input on the scientific basis and quality criteria of testing procedures
\n\u2013 an \u2018Open Space\u2019 session, during which we jointly examined our own procedures, shared experiences and learnt from one another<\/p>\n
What continues to inspire us about this format is the genuine exchange that takes place across all roles within the team. Everyone brings a different perspective, and that is precisely what makes this format so special.<\/p>\n
We firmly believe that what we recommend to our clients is something we should experience ourselves.<\/p>\n
