\nPerhaps that is the wrong question.<\/p>\n
Some decisions seem to offer only two options.<\/p>\n
Stay or go.
\nChange or stick with what has been tried and tested.
\nTake on more responsibility or hand some over.<\/p>\n
The longer we think about it, the more convincing the arguments for both sides become. But what happens if these two options alone don\u2019t get us anywhere? Then it\u2019s worth broadening the scope of our decision-making.<\/p>\n
