What does that mean, exactly?<\/h2>\n<p>That\u2019s what we discussed this week: in our expert exchange \u201cLEADERSHIP IN TIMES OF CHANGE \u2013 Between People &amp; Technology.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a small, curated group, the focus wasn\u2019t on theory, but on everyday business life:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7        How do we design development so that it really makes a difference?<br \/>\n\u00b7        How do we strengthen employee retention in times when a shortage of skilled workers is challenging many organizations?<br \/>\n\u00b7        And what role does AI play when we talk about the future of leadership and collaboration?<\/p>\n<p>The open exchange was particularly valuable to us: different perspectives, honest experiences, and a shared view of how leadership can provide direction, especially when so much is changing at once.<\/p>\n<p>Because one thing became clear once again: Technology can accelerate many things.
