Why Not?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our original plan was to build <strong>gingerbread houses <\/strong>together in December as the <strong>first team-building<\/strong> for Lilian Leitner's new team.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2026, Lilian has not only been <strong>Head of BD<\/strong>, but now also leads our <strong>Support Team.<\/strong>Two areas, many interfaces, and even more potential for synergies.<\/p>\n<p>Due to illness, we had to postpone our December team-building event. So we simply made up for it, and classic Christmas houses became cheerful <strong>carnival houses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What at first glance looked like icing and Smarties had a clear idea behind it. <strong>Bringing together teams<\/strong>that are closely interlinked in everyday life. Strengthening mutual understanding. Sharing perspectives. Laughing together.<\/p>\n<p>Especially when areas of responsibility grow, it is important to create spaces outside of daily business. Spaces where the <strong>focus lies on people,<\/strong> not processes.<\/p>\n<p>For Lilian, it was a conscious decision to bring BD and Support closer together, not only organizationally but also culturally.<\/p>\n<p>Because we don't see team building as a mandatory event, but as an <strong>investment in cohesion, trust, and genuine team spirit<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unser urspr\u00fcnglicher Plan war es, im Dezember gemeinsam Lebkuchenh\u00e4user zu bauen als erstes Teambuilding f\u00fcr Lilian Leitners neues Team.
