(Meaning)<\/strong><br \/>\nWhy is this relevant for us, for the team, for our customers?<br \/>\n&gt; Without \u201cwhy,\u201d it remains a mandatory program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) WHAT? (Understanding)<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat are the facts, goals, and framework conditions?<br \/>\n&gt; Without \u201cwhat,\u201d it remains vague and everyone interprets it differently.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) HOW? (Application)<\/strong><br \/>\nHow do we proceed in concrete terms? What are the next steps?<br \/>\n&gt; Without \u201chow,\u201d it remains theory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) WHAT FOR? (Transfer)<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat does this lead to?
