Speaking to the graduates and their loved ones, Doris talked about finding meaning in one's career, having the courage to break new ground, and the importance of human connection in organizations\u2014topics that have always guided us at hrdiamonds.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"1037\">For the graduates, this day marks an important milestone and, at the same time, the beginning of a new chapter in their careers.
