Von unserer Sommerklausur bis zum letzten Quartalsmeeting. Wir haben uns gefragt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What does connectedness mean to us?<\/li>\n<li>And how can we promote it even more consciously within the team?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The creative answer to this question: our\u00a0<strong>\u201cGarden of Connectedness.\u201d<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAn idea from Martin Petter and Selina Roth, lovingly implemented by our \u201cartists\u201d Pia Stief and Yelyzaveta Velychko.<\/p>\n<p>The large poster now hangs in our office and continues to grow with every contribution from our team.<br \/>\nIn various places, there are <strong>tasks that create small moments of connection,<\/strong> from important feedback to a joint lunch break.<br \/>\nAnyone who completes a task can stick on a colorful sticker\u2014this is how we are gradually bringing our garden to bloom.<\/p>\n<p>With this <strong>playful activity,<\/strong> we want to <strong>strengthen our team culture <\/strong>and at the same time make our everyday office life a little more colorful.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Was hat ein riesiges, buntes Plakat voller Blumen, Schmetterlinge und K\u00e4fern mit einem Beratungsunternehmen zu tun?
