Over a period of 18 months, we had the privilege of accompanying the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt (Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt) in an exciting process: Together with 20 committed employees from various organizational units, we developed a new, participatory career model in ten workshops. The goal: to make diverse, individual career paths visible and to sustainably strengthen the university's attractiveness as an employer.<\/p>\n

Our role in this? As a consulting firm, we guided the project groups through the process \u2014 from structuring the workshops and providing methodological support to ensuring that different perspectives were heard and integrated.<\/p>\n

We are all the more pleased and honored that this process has now also been scientifically documented: The University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt has published an article describing the development of the career model and mentioning hrdiamonds by name as a cooperation partner! It's great when practical work is also scientifically documented and resonates with others...<\/p>\n

A big thank you to the University of Applied Sciences for their trust and close cooperation. We are excited to see how the model will continue to develop in practice!<\/p>\n
