Our annual summer retreat is one of hrdiamonds' established rituals: the entire team puts away their laptops and cell phones for two days to focus entirely on ourselves, our relationships, and our organization.<\/p>\n

This year, we chose the beautiful Hochstrass retreat in the heart of nature \u2013 and spent two inspiring days under the motto \u201ccollaboration\u201d<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

With creative team challenges, open discussions in the Half Open Space, and inspiring lightning talks, we reflected, learned, and gathered new ideas together. What was particularly noticeable was the power of genuine connection and appreciation in a committed team.<\/p>\n

We looked back, questioned, and rethought \u2013 and are now starting the second half of the year with fresh energy, clear focus, and a great deal of team spirit.<\/p>\n

A big thank you to our wonderful moderation duo Cristina Branca and Martin Petter, who guided us through these two days with great joy and sensitivity. And, of course, to our amazing team \u2013 for your openness, commitment, and for making this summer retreat something very special!<\/p>\n
