Last week, we had the pleasure of organizing a very special workshop with our cooperation partners Torsten Jung, Senior Partner of the Neuwaldegg consulting group, and Klaus Elle, author, artist and consultant: \u201cEmoLogic Wave - Staging Collective Intelligence in Transformation Processes\u201d. Two days full of in-depth exchange, exciting impulses and - as the name promises - collective intelligence in action.<\/p>\n

The format was about how we can anchor change emotionally, integrate resistance in a meaningful way and think beyond existing solution horizons. The participants were able to get to know an innovative method that makes transformations not only thinkable but also tangible. In addition to theoretical impulses, the participants also got to work themselves and creatively explored the stimulating content.<\/p>\n

We are very happy about the great feedback, the inspiring discussions - and about how much potential there is in real cooperation. Thanks to everyone who took part and, of course, to our great partners for the successful collaboration!<\/p>\n
