With fresh energy from the summer months, we are now entering an exciting phase with many projects. A key topic at our meeting was therefore the question of which sources of strength can help us stay in balance during the challenging months ahead. The inspirations ranged from good sleep and exercise to playful thinking and self-confidence.<\/p>\n<p>Our question to you: Which summer highlight gave you a lot of energy - whether on holiday or during another wonderful experience? And what possible source of strength can you draw from it and use in stressful times?<\/p>\n<p>There were also valuable updates from our management team, exciting input from various working groups and strategic considerations for the coming months.
