We use this valuable model not only when working with our customers, but also in-house. Our PERMA experts, psychologist Anna Obkircher and Benjamin Dittmoser-Pfeifer, first provided us with inspiring input at the summer retreat, which was well received by everyone in the team - both newcomers and \"old hands\" in the PERMA field. And afterwards, a \"PERMA Caf\u00e9\" took place, where we got together in groups to talk specifically about which dimensions we are already implemneting in the company and where there are still blind spots or potential for improvement.<\/p>\n
It was a great experience that further strengthened us as a team. We look forward to continuing to use the PERMA model both internally and in our work with clients!<\/p>\n
