We currently have the pleasure of supporting a large number of companies in various industries and developing managers throughout Austria. One of these companies is MediaPrint, where we have been supporting the development of their managers since the middle of last year as part of their Training Course (\u201cLERNgang\u201d).
\nMediaPrint's managers have the opportunity to deepen their skills and knowledge in various areas such as leadership, communication and team management through topic-specific modules as well as individual coaching sessions. We attach great importance to interactive input, self-reflection, group discussions and independent application and transfer to everyday life.
\nThe \u201cLERNgang\u201d modules are led by different hrdiamonds consultants, depending on the main topic. This allows participants to benefit from different perspectives and know-how and experience a unique variety. Our consultants are not only qualified professionals in their fields, but also enthusiastic trainers who are happy to share their knowledge and experience. They create an inspiring, motivating and professional atmosphere throughout the course and support participants in developing their full potential.
\nOverall, our course offers a perfect combination of theoretical knowledge and practice-oriented exercises to strengthen participants' leadership skills.
