More and more companies are deciding to allow their employees to bring their four-legged friends with them to work. But why is that?<\/p>\n

It's no secret that work is often associated with stress. But having a fluffy dog lying on the floor and gently snoring can significantly lighten the atmosphere in the office.<\/p>\n

Secondly, dogs promote exercise and therefore health. If dogs are allowed in the workplace, employees have the opportunity to take their dog for a walk during lunch or short breaks. This is not only good for the dog, but also for the people. Regular exercise can help us feel better and focus on our work.<\/p>\n

Thirdly, dogs can improve the working atmosphere. Having a dog in the workplace can help the team feel more comfortable and connect better with each other. A shared interest in dogs can lead to colleagues getting to know each other better and improving their relationships.<\/p>\n

In summary, there are many reasons why dogs in the workplace are a good idea. Of course, there are also some challenges that can come with it, such as allergies or potential conflicts between dogs.
