Last week our consultants, Barbara Horak BSc and Martin Petter, had the pleasure of leading an inspiring workshop for an international pharmaceutical company in Rotterdam! Together they designed the first module of a leadership program with a focus on self-leadership.

We are proud to share our expertise and passion for personalized leadership development (and much more) across national borders. Under the motto "hrdiamonds goes international", we are ready for many more exciting projects beyond Austria´s borders.
