Team Retreat at hrdiamonds

We experience workshops not only with our customers...

...but also internally, it is important to us to come together regularly as a team and work on our topics.

That's why we take two days every year in July for our hrdiamonds summer retreat. This year, our journey took us to beautiful Burgenland. In the midst of the beautiful vineyard landscape, we addressed various topics. This time, the focus was on our corporate values and team skills. It was fascinating to discover what hidden knowledge lies dormant in our great team. We took a lot of time for reflection and discussion in order to position ourselves even better as a team and as a company.

It is particularly important to us to try out the methods we use in our workshops with customers ourselves. This ensures that our work is always authentic and practical.

In addition to the content and strategic goals, the summer retreat focuses on another key aspect: the people at hrdiamonds. These days together are very valuable for us in terms of strengthening the bond and team spirit within our organization - through good conversations, shared experiences and lots of shared joy. One highlight was certainly the dinner together at sunset, but we will also have fond memories of grilling "Steckerlbrot" (bread on a stick) around the campfire.

After these inspiring days, we are well prepared and highly motivated for future projects!
