You may have noticed that we regularly have new faces joining us. There's a good reason for that:

hrdiamonds currently has seven students as part of the team. This enriches the entire organization, because their studies bring the latest scientific findings, new methods, and fresh perspectives directly into our work.

This combination of practice and science is incredibly valuable to us — and at the same time, it also means change. Some students stay with us for many years, while others move on to new paths earlier. This is exactly what creates a lively dynamic, learning, and further development.
