Matthias Schloßgangl has been a valued partner for over ten years, with whom we enjoy a particularly close and trusting working relationship. He offers a wide range of formats related to voice, presence, leadership, and improvisation — from speech and performance training to moderation and corporate theater, which brings communication processes to life and opens up new perspectives.
Matthias Schloßgangl is a trained actor who has performed at various theaters in Austria and has extensive experience in improvisational theater. In Linz, he directs the improvisational theater ensemble die zebras. He has also completed further training courses, such as bodywork according to the Grinberg Method® and as a health circle moderator in the context of occupational health care. From these roots, he developed his training activity, which he has been doing joyfully since 2003. He has many years of experience as a lecturer at universities and colleges and is currently a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Hagenberg.
Further training in the areas of group facilitation and improvisational theater, as well as his recent training as a systemic coach, flow into his work and make him a versatile companion in the development processes of people and organizations.
