Anna-Lena Berger works as a trainer and coach at hrdiamonds, supporting the team in the areas of personnel and organizational development, (virtual) trainings, and workshops. Thanks to her education and professional experience, she is able to quickly recognize connections in organizations and focus on taking the right measures. In doing so, she places a particularly high value on jointly designing the process with the customer in order to conduct targeted workshops. She also has special expertise in the area of talent acquisition, which has arisen from a variety of independently designed and managed recruiting processes.
Anna-Lena Berger completed her bachelor's degree in business psychology at the private University Schloss Seeburg, her master's degree in organizational and personnel development at the FH Vienna of WKW and has undergone systemic coaching training.
