What happens when you ask your team for honest feedback?
Sometimes you get hard truths... and sometimes you get something that makes you incredibly proud.
Many of you are probably familiar with kununu – the platform where employees anonymously rate their companies. For many job seekers, it is an important source of information for getting an idea of what an employer is like.
This year, we deliberately invited our team to give us open and honest feedback. Because we are convinced that feedback is always an opportunity for growth and development.
