When it comes to sustainability, the careful use of food also plays an important role for us.

Here is an insight into what we are already implementing:

• In 2024, our customers received Christmas gifts made from rescued food (delicious spreads from unverschwendet).
• Our seminars are planned and shopped for consciously. Leftover fruit is made available to everyone in the kitchen.
• Brand new: hrdiamonds stickersthat help us keep track of our food and avoid food waste.

These stickers are...
... marked with initials so that personal food doesn't get forgotten.
... have messages like "Eat me" printed on them so that it's clear which foods can be used by everyone.
