The position
Essentially, you will support our consultants in all projects and the implementation of training courses and seminars. In your role, you provide the hrd team with a tailwind and help them to achieve top performance.
Your work will focus on
- Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops, Trainings: Gestaltung von Flipcharts, Erstellen von Protokollen
- Preparation of presentation documents (especially MS PowerPoint)
- Creating Doodle appointment surveys
What we are looking for
Du befindest dich momentan in einem Studium (Psychologie/Soziologie/Wirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Change oder Organisationsentwicklung) und hast möglicherweise währenddessen erste Erfahrungen in Organisationen gesammelt. Du zeigst ein großes Interesse an der Arbeit mit Menschen und unterstützt gerne, wo du nur kannst. Deine Freunde kennen dich als flexible, stressresistente und organisierte Person und würden dich als Teamplayer:in bezeichnen. Du bist fit in Englisch und Präsentationstechnik (PowerPoint u.a.) und bringst gerne deine junge, frische Perspektive ein.
