InnoHub 2025

Everyone wants to be individual, but woe betide anyone who is different.

This is precisely the tension we addressed last week at InnoHub. Two days that provided space for reflection, further development, pause for thought, and learning.
Our focus this year: discrimination, racism, and strengthening civil courage.
Together with the fantastic trainers from ZARA Training (civil courage and anti-racism work), we

  • reflected on our own and others' prejudices,
  • developed strategies for dealing with diversity, and
  • practiced courageously and effectively countering discriminatory statements in an argumentation training session.

The open, participatory setting in which we were able to share experiences, learn from each other, and develop concrete options for action was particularly valuable. This is how exchange leads to real development.

Every year, InnoHub demonstrates how important it is to tackle challenging issues – and to take courage, attitude, and new ideas with you.

For seven years, it has been bringing consultants and experts together and creating space for inspiration, dialogue, and learning.

A big thank you to all participants for your open exchange and respectful interaction with each other!

Promoting individuality means embracing diversity! What small action do you think can make a big difference?
