For us, mindfulness isn’t just a passing trend, but a topic that has been an integral part of our company for several years now (both externally in workshops and training sessions with clients, as well as internally within our team).
Especially in a constantly changing work environment that continually presents us with new challenges, one thing is becoming increasingly important: treating ourselves and others with mindfulness..
That’s why we were all the more delighted by the initiative from our Gesundheits-AG ("Health Work Group"):
A mindful breakfastthat created space for mindful moments in our daily work routine. Having breakfast together, taking time for one another, and—with foods that are more or less healthy—doing something good not just for the body, but also for the soul.
Such small, conscious moments often have a longer-lasting effect than you might think.
And maybe this will even become a new tradition for us.
