When leadership gets room to grow.

What happens when leaders consciously pause and take time to talk about attitude, responsibility, and the future?

That's exactly what we did!

Doris Weyer, Ulrike Jung, Claudine Ulreich, Lilian Leitner, and Martin Petter took a few hours out of their everyday work lives to reflect on our leadership vision, our shared leadership commitments, and our attitude as a leadership team.

Our corporate values are already visible: framed and displayed in our office. But we are convinced that values belong not only on the wall, but also in decisions, discussions, and collaboration. That's why we have begun to translate these values into concrete leadership commitments.

One thing was particularly important to us: this is not a one-time workshop or a finished concept. It is an ongoing development process that we are pursuing step by step.

And this journey does not belong to the management team alone. We want to involve our entire hrdiamonds team, hear different perspectives, refine them together, and understand leadership as something that arises from working together.

Because sustainable leadership grows where there is room for dialogue, trust, and learning. And that is exactly what we are working on.
