Ina Schwarzbauer completed her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at FHWien der WKW and is currently furthering her knowledge in her Master's in Organisational and Human Resource Development. To date, she has gained professional experience primarily in the field of human resource development and in various HR projects, including the design, preparation and follow-up of workshops, as well as in employer branding. The topics of collaboration and team dynamics, supporting change processes, employee experience and corporate culture are particularly interesting to her.
