Our colleague Anna Obkircher is now certified for the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP)!

The LPP is a scientifically based tool that holistically assesses personality – covering character traits, motives, and competencies – and provides in-depth, practical insights.

We are now using the LPP specifically to support our clients – whether in coaching, leadership development, or teamwork.
