Martin Benes supports hrdiamonds in the design and implementation of personnel and organizational development projects as well as training on various topics. In addition, he accompanies clients on their personal journey as part of coaching sessions and supports them in developing new solutions and perspectives.

Martin Benes holds a Master's degree in Nursing Management from Danube University Krems and has worked in the healthcare sector for over 21 years, 12 of which in a management role. His passion for people and the joy of developing organizations and the people who work in them led him to the coaching and consulting sector. That is why he is now completing his training in supervision, coaching and organizational development, bringing all his previous professional experience and personal values to his work alongside his newly acquired knowledge.
