Personnel and Organizational Developer, Coach, Team Lead
The focus of his work lies in the conception and implementation of communication and personality trainings, the consulting of organizations in the establishment of further education and training academies, as well as the support of teams in the context of workshops and team developments. Furthermore, Martin Petter works as a coach and supports people in their professional development.
He has many years of experience in the areas of sales, key account management and IT project management in a large logistics group. In the context of project management for a software roll-out project, he dealt intensively with the topics of change management, agile forms of work (such as Scrum) and training of trainers.
Martin Petter studied business and management at the MCI Management Center Innsbruck. He also completed training as a certified trainer and coach, Scrum Master and mindfulness and relaxation trainer.
